People say nice things about us!


Hi Blair….I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Jason Laybolt. I have never worked with him before. We cut the floor at Kays Brothers yesterday and as expected, we cut a bunch of heating lines and a few Heating Mains. Jason had it all patched and heat back on at 4.30 pm. I was in this morning and no leaks. Building is heating fine…..another quality job by Mr. Plumber.

Hi Hannah, I meant to write this note earlier and it passed my mind, I wanted to drop a note and send a thanks to your company’s service dept for responding to our request on Christmas Eve. When I called the after hour’s service # Wayne answered the on-call politely and promptly. At no time did he try to dodge the need for a site visit or pass on the work. As I represent and work for a company that responds to others needs all hours of the day and night it was nice to get a polite and prompt service. It is hard to find service crews that understand what it takes to keep things running smoothly especially on a day when most people desire to be home. Thanks again and look forward to working with you in the New Year.

Hi Grant: Just to let you know that Wayne Huston came today (Friday) and explained the in-floor heating system to me. He was very helpful and now- for the first time- I feel very much at ease with our heating system. As indicated to you before, we will call Mr. Plumber should we ever need help with any of our heating or plumbing needs. To date your staff has been both courteous and competent, and we are well satisfied.

Dear Mr. LaPierre: I am writing to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Hannah in your service department for going above and beyond to help me out in a very stressful situation today. Today is the close date on the sale of our home, on Montgomery Drive. After the buyers did a final walk-through this morning, they noticed there was water leaking from the furnace and wanted the situation fixed asap. There was a message on my phone after returning from lunch around 1:00pm noting this issue to me. You can imagine the anxiety and stress of getting a call like this when you’re expecting to hear that the deal was closed and not that an issue has arisen on the final day.

I called Hannah shortly after 1:00 and within 10-15 minutes, she had Dave Moore the plumber meet me at the house to assess the situation. He noted that a new expansion tank was required and that he could replace it right away. By 2:42 I had and email in my inbox with a invoice attached, noting that the work was complete, which I was able to forward along our lawyer noting that the situation was completely rectified and paid in full within 2 hours.

Thank you for the amazing service that has eased our stress levels today more than you could ever imagine. Please pass along a sincere thank you to Hannah and the plumber for their help today, we are certainly grateful for it.
